It’s that time of year where I decide to make some adjustments regarding the visuality of my baby blog. When women are having a moody time, it’s well known that they go with a hair change; where in my case, I decided to change the overall look of the one space that I occupy full-heartedly, not because I’m feeling down or anything but simply to answer the craving in my system for inspiration. Hopefully, this will be the answer and I’m hoping that you’ll be patient in the process. It won’t take long, I promise.

I’ve heard so many good and bad stuff about France, one being the fact that it’s really expensive there, and being in an economic crisis helps a lot, second, that French people can be a real pain in the ass sometimes, considering that only intermediate-French-speaker is my friend Verda, and lastly there are some areas where it’s slightly more dangerous, which is the least of my concerns since we have those suburbs a lot around here as well. On the bright side, I can’t wait to visit Disneyland, the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre Museum, Notre Dame, Champs-Élysées and so much more. 

As for my outfit, I know it’s been trousers three in a row now, but I’m hoping that you don’t mind. I couldn’t help but add a hint of French-ness with this Beret, and the sunnies are perfect if you don’t have enough time to put on proper make-up. If you’d been following my blog for a while, you’ll already know my weakness for crop tops and needless to say my craving for these chunky booties. Anyways, I gotta return to do my luggage, there is just so much to do and so little time. See you in 5!

She is Like a Cat in the Dark, and Then She is the Darkness

As I grow up, 18 years to be exact people!, I think my love from video games you expected me to say Barbie dolls didn’t you? turned into my love for fashion, and now it’s turning into this extreme craving for getting my own place and design it however I want! I already imagined how I want my house to be, not too big, have an American-styled kitchen you know where the kitchen is actually in the living room, have a walk-in-closet in bedroom, and hang frames everywhere! I also imagined some other things regarding the styling, but well, I’ll keep them to myself.

I also have to point out the fact that I’m currently obsessed with the book The Perks of Being a Wallflower if you couldn’t already tell from the title of my blog, although the movie was amazing, I always prefer the book.

You had to see my brother’s face when he read the part where I mentioned my past with video games… And also his comment on this outfit particularly was how I looked like a Gothic Superhero, thanks bro.

Büyüdükçe, tam olarak 18 yıl geçti millet!, sanırım video oyunlarına olan aşkım Barbie bebekleri diyeceğimi sandınız değil mi? modaya olan tutkuma dönüştü ve şimdi de içimde deli gibi kendi evimi alıp dilediğimce dekor etme çılgınlığı var! Şimdiden nasıl bir ev istediğimi kafamda çizdim, çok büyük olmayan, Amerikan stili bir mutfak hani mutfağın aslında salonun bir parçası olduğu, yatak odasının bir bölümünde gardırop, ve her yerde çerçeveler! Dekorasyonla ilgili başka planlarım da var elbette ama şimdilik onları kendime saklayacağım.

Aynı zamanda şu an The Perks of Being a Wallflower isimli kitapla kafayı bozmuş durumdayım eğer blogumun başlığından hala anlayamadıysanız, her ne kadar filmi de harika olsa da, her zaman kitapları tercih ederim.

Video oyunlarıyla ilgili bölümü yazarken kardeşimin suratını görmeliydiniz… Ve bu kıyafete onun yorumu “Gothic bir Süperkahraman gibi görünüyorsun” oldu, merci bro.

I woke with the news regarding that our very lovely government made a new law regarding the internet, where they will be able to shut down any website they prefer, so that they can save what’s left of their so called name. They already shut down Soundcloud because some voice memos were leaked which happened to be connected to the bribery that our Prime Minister controls, and that everybody knows, and I’m sure there will be many sites gone in a blink of an eye without people even noticing it. I thought we were living in the 21st century, but apparently our government wants to take us back to way before. Soundcloud‘u çoktan kapadılar, çünkü Başbakanımızın kontrolünde olan rüşvet operasyonuyla ilgili ses kayıtları sitede paylaşılmaya başlanmıştı, ki herkes de bunun farkındaydı, ve eminim göz açıp kapayıncaya kadar birçok siteye erişimimiz engellenecek. 21. yüzyılda yaşadığımızı sanıyordum, ama görünen o ki, hükümetimiz çok daha gerilere gitmemiz için ellerinden geleni yapıyor. Off For the Weekend

PACKING UP  In less than 12 hours, I’ll be on the plain with Verda and Irmak to Lausanne. We’re going to visit our lovely friend Lina there and I simply can not wait for it, I missed her like crazy. Anyway, I should pack up my stuff and turn off my laptop and get all my medicine since I’m still stick. This weekend is going to be epic! Take care y’all.

BAVUL YAPMACA  12 saatten daha az bir sürede, Verda ve Irmak’la beraber Lozan’a gitmek üzere uçakta olacağız. Orada, çok yakın arkadaşımız olan Lina’yı ziyaret edeceğiz, gerçekten sabırsızlanıyorum, onu deli gibi özledim. Neyse, şimdi gidip toparlanıp laptopumu kapamalıyım ve hala hasta olduğum için ilaçlarımı da almalıyım. Bu haftasonu harika olacak! Kendinize iyi bakın millet!

LE BACK  If you’ve noticed my absence in the last couple of days, let me tell you that I’m back, with a flu. Bursa was really cold and I wasn’t prepared as usual, so I’ve come home with a voice that every one has to look one more time to make sure it’s coming out of me. Despite my illness, I can honestly say that it was an amazing conference, one of the best actually and everyone I met were very lovely. I’m back with so many memories, so many silly frames in my head, and all of them are very sacred to me. I’ll be back with the photos and even the special video where you’ll see me dance like crazy and lose myself… Until then, enjoy this outfit post and dress warmly, it’s getting really cold!

GERİ DÖNDÜM  Eğer yokluğumu fark ettiyseniz, size grip olarak geri döndüğümü söylemek istiyorum. Bursa gerçekten soğuktu ve her zamanki gibi hazırlıksız yakalandım, eve de öyle bir sesle geri döndüm ki, insanlar o sesin benden çıktığından emin olmak için birkaç kez bana bakmaları gerekiyor. Hastalığımı geçersek, konferansın gerçekten harika olduğunu söyleyebilirim, katıldığım en iyilerindendi hatta, tanıştığım herkes inanılmazdı. Bir sürü anıyla geri döndüm, kafamdaki saçma ama sevimli görüntülerle ve hepsi benim için neredeyse kutsallar. Fotoğraflar ve deli gibi dans edip kendimi kaybettiğim video elime geçtiğinde, sizinle paylaşacağım, o zamana kadar, bu kıyafet postunun tadını çıkartın ve sıkı giyinin, hava gerçekten soğuyor!
